Navi Mumbai: NMMC has declared 514 buildings as dangerous, under section 264 of the Maharashtra Municipal Corporation Act, after a recent ward-wise survey was carried out by the civic body. Before monsoon every year, the civic body prepares a list of unsafe structures.
