Heavy infrastructure plans will make Uran’s ecology a lost cause

NAVI MUMBAI: Protesting against the JNPA and Cidco’s latest proposals for “diversion” over 70 hectares of mangroves in Uran for road projects, shocked green groups have appealed to the chief minister to stop this “destruction” and save Uran from becoming a lost cause.
