According to reports, a 29-year-old was killed while seven others were severely injured after the ceiling slabs of multiple flats collapsed on an eight-storied building in Navi Mumbai.

Every year, during monsoon, Mumbai and neighbouring cities witness an immeasurable building collapse-related mishaps. In another such incident that took place at the onset of monsoon over the weekend, where a man died and several residents were injured.
