Won’t allow Mumbai’s SDZS to be developed, says CM Uddhav Thackeray

The city’s no development zones (NZ), now renamed special development zones (SD2) are likely to remain untouched. Chief minister Uddhav Thackeray has refused to sanction any construction on this SD, saying it will harm            the environment.
