Bombay HC dismisses slum dwellers’ plea, orders them to vacate from plot marked for Metro Line 6

Observing that there was a serious disputed question of facts, the Bombay high court directed around 150 slum dwellers in Jogeshwari East to vacate their existing structures in two weeks from a plot earmarked for the Metro 6 rail project.
