Three days after the BrihanMumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) announced cancellation of the tenders for cement concretization of 400 km of roads in Mumbai, Chief Minister Eknath Shinde reiterated on Friday that asphalt roads in the city would be converted into concrete roads in the next two years.
