MHADA gets active for redevelopment projects

The Maharashtra Housing & Area Development Authority (MHADA) has submitted proposals to the state government for three major redevelopment projects in Mumbai, which are expected to have a significant impact on the real estate industry in the city

The projects, which include the cluster redevelopment of Abhyudaya Nagar in Kalachowkie, Adarsh Nagar in Worli, and the Bandra Reclamation layout, are located on MHADA-owned land. A detailed note outlining the proposals has been sent to the housing ministry in Mantralaya, under the leadership of Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis.
