Mumbai: House of Hiranandani to Invest ₹3,200 Crore in 15-Acre Redevelopment Project in Chembur

With an investment over Rs 3,200 crore, House of Hiranandani has secured agreements to construct five housing societies in the Chembur neighbourhood of Mumbai.

These projects offer more than 1.7 million square feet of development potential over a 15-acre area. While searching for comparable opportunities in other important areas, the company is presently obtaining the required approvals and hopes to finish the redevelopment in the next four to five years.
