September 3, 2025: A landmark luxury residential project, Bellissima, has been launched at Bandra Reclamation, adding a new dimension to Mumbai’s premium housing market. Backed by an investment of Rs 2.52 billion, the redevelopment is planned on an 836 sq. mt. prime land parcel valued at nearly ₹1 billion, with a projected topline of around Rs 4 billion.
