Post-pandemic, homebuyer preferences have shifted toward wellness, technology integration, and convenience. Redeveloped projects meet these expectations with modern design, lifestyle-oriented facilities, and long-term investment security.

Although challenges remain—approval delays, legal complexities, and resident resistance—recent government measures, including faster clearances and favourable FSI norms, have accelerated progress.
