Net 9 Fibernet CEO Deepak Panchal Outlines Vision For Reliable, High-Speed Connectivity In Mumbai

November 25, 2025: Net 9 Fibernet CEO Deepak Panchal has shared insights into his two-decade journey in Mumbai’s broadband transformation, beginning with his work at Dishnet DSL in 1999, where he handled ADSL operations for top corporate and luxury clients. “Luxury clients taught us the science of reliability. That discipline stayed with us,” he said, reflecting on the foundation that later shaped Net 9 Fibernet.

Panchal co-founded the company in 2002 after recognising a clear gap in affordable, dependable broadband. He said the mission was to ensure high-speed internet for every home and business by building a strong ecosystem for both households and enterprises. Early challenges in the tech sector pushed the company to focus on service quality, develop its own fibre network, and strengthen customer support, which helped it win trust while competitors were still evolving.

Over the years, Net 9 Fibernet has become a leading broadband provider in Mumbai, transitioning from traditional broadband to FTTH infrastructure while maintaining profitable growth. Panchal attributes this to a leadership philosophy centred on independent thinking, adaptability, and customer connection.

The shift to full-scale FTTH services was driven by future readiness, allowing the company to power not just its own services but also other ISPs and businesses. Panchal emphasised continuous learning through global tech expos, vendor collaborations, and early adoption of emerging technologies.

He believes the company stands apart because of “reliability, human touch, and our robust Fiber Network,” supported by a team that treats every downtime alert with urgency. As 5G and satellite technologies grow, Panchal sees fibre continuing as the backbone, with Net 9 evolving into a hybrid provider offering 1 Gbps fibre internet, OTT, IPTV, and smart home solutions.

Operating under a Category B ISP licence, Net 9 Fibernet runs a 100% passive FTTH network with 98–99% uptime, covering over 400 km of fibre and 3,300 buildings across Mumbai. With two NOCs and a 4.8 Google rating, Panchal says customer trust remains their biggest strength.

In his message to users, he said, “If you are looking for speed, stability, best service, and real people to call, Net 9 Fibernet is your answer. We don’t just provide internet. We unlock potential.”
