Futuristic World Trade Center Navi Mumbai Launches, Strengthening The City’s Global Business Ambitions

November 26, 2025: Raheja Universal has formally launched the World Trade Center (WTC) Navi Mumbai at the expansive Raheja District in Vashi NX, introducing a state-of-the-art commercial destination designed to elevate the city’s position in global trade. The landmark unveiling reinforces Navi Mumbai’s emergence as a strategic hub for international business.

The inauguration was led by Ashish Raheja, MD & CEO of Raheja Universal and CEO of WTC Navi Mumbai, in the presence of senior representatives from the World Trade Center Association (WTCA). Attendees included Ms. Crystal Edn, Executive Director – Membership Services, and Mr. Scott Wang, Vice President – Asia Pacific Region. The ceremony also brought together dignitaries from WTCs in Yangon, Perth, Chongqing, and Osaka, highlighting the strong Indo-global partnerships that are shaping this development.

Spread across the 60+ acre Raheja District, WTC Navi Mumbai has been conceptualised as a fully integrated business environment. Its connection to the WTCA network, which spans more than 90 countries, is expected to draw multinational firms and encourage a significant inflow of foreign direct investment.

Speaking at the event, Ashish Raheja said, “This launch of Prime at WTC Navi Mumbai validates Raheja District’s potential as a high-value, globally aligned business destination. Our design excellence and scalability have been strong pillars for sustained growth.”

Echoing this vision, Ms. Crystal Edn noted, “WTC Navi Mumbai will be key in positioning the city on the global trade map. Raheja Universal’s vision for a holistic, future-ready business ecosystem aligns perfectly with WTCA’s mission.”

The development benefits from its proximity to high-impact infrastructure such as the upcoming Navi Mumbai International Airport (NMIA), the Atal Setu (MTHL), and JNPT Port, making it an ideal centre for trade, logistics, and investment across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

Beyond its physical footprint, WTC Navi Mumbai will support international business through seminars, trade facilitation programmes, business matchmaking, and tailored MSME services. These efforts aim to strengthen exports, expand imports, and deliver long-term socio-economic value.

With the launch, Raheja Universal positions Navi Mumbai as a future-ready hub for innovation, global commerce, and international collaboration.
