NASHIK: To bring the new properties under the tax net, the Nashik Municipal Corporation (NMC) has sought details of properties for which the builders or the owners are yet to get the Building Completion Certificates (BCCs), but the properties are already being utilised for residential or commercial purposes and are not under the tax net of the property department of the NMC, The NMC officials said there are many residential properties in the city without BCCS where people are living, but are not paying property tax
