Actor Siddhant Chaturvedi has purchased another luxury apartment in Mumbai, this time jointly with his mother Meenal Laxman Chaturvedi. The acquisition comes weeks after the mother-son duo reportedly bought another property in the city for Rs 13.91 crore.
According to property registration documents accessed by real estate consultancy Liases Foras, Siddhant and Meenal purchased the latest apartment for Rs 12.63 crore. The transaction was registered on July 31, 2026.
The apartment is located on the seventh floor of Namo Krishna, a residential project situated on 10 N S Road in Vile Parle West. The property has a RERA carpet area of 1,640.63 sq ft and a total area of 1,804.67 sq ft.
The purchase also includes an automatic robotic car parking facility. The apartment was acquired from Relcon Infraprojects Ltd, with the buyers paying Rs 75.76 lakh in stamp duty as part of the transaction.
The latest purchase adds to Chaturvedi’s real estate holdings in Mumbai. The back-to-back transactions also indicate continued activity in the city’s premium residential property segment, particularly for larger apartments in established western suburbs.
