Singer Sonu Nigam has purchased a commercial office unit in Andheri West for Rs 1 crore, according to property registration documents accessed by CRE Matrix.
The office is located in Sundervan Complex on Lokhandwala Road and has a carpet area of 258.33 sq ft. The transaction was registered on August 6, 2026. The documents identify the seller as Singular Health Private Limited and the buyer as Sonu Agamkumar Nigam, the singer’s full name.
Nigam paid Rs 6 lakh in stamp duty and Rs 30,000 as the registration fee. Including the stamp duty, the total disclosed transaction cost stands at Rs 1.06 crore. Based on the stated consideration, the property was acquired at approximately Rs 38,710 per sq ft of carpet area.
An email query was sent to Singular Health Private Limited seeking a response. Nigam could not be reached for comment.
Nigam’s recent property transactions
The latest purchase comes amid several real estate transactions involving Nigam and his family in Mumbai and surrounding areas.
In May 2026, Nigam sold 1.067 hectares of land in Karjat for Rs 95 lakh, according to property registration documents accessed by CRE Matrix. A month earlier, in April, he sold multiple land parcels measuring more than 1.9 hectares in Karjat for a combined Rs 1.95 crore.
In February 2026, his father, Agam Kumar Nigam, purchased a 1,197 sq m land parcel along with a ground-plus-one-floor residential and commercial structure at Madh Island for Rs 10 crore, according to property registration documents accessed by Liases Foras.
Nigam was also involved in a commercial property transaction in 2025. He leased a 4,257 sq ft office at Trade Centre BKC to Pattni Hospitality, which operates Downtown 29 cafe and bar, for five years at a total rent exceeding Rs 12.61 crore. The lease was registered on December 2, 2025.
The latest Andheri purchase adds another commercial property transaction to Nigam’s recent real estate activity in Mumbai.
