Bollywood actor Tiger Shroff’s Mumbai residence reflects his preference for contemporary design, minimalist interiors and fitness-focused living. Located at Rustomjee Paramount in Khar West, the apartment is part of an exclusive gated residential development offering premium homes and views of the Arabian Sea.
Shroff purchased the property as his acting career gained momentum. He had previously expressed interest in buying back his family’s former apartment at Le Pepeyon on Mount Mary Road in Bandra, where he grew up with his sister, Krishna. However, his parents, Jackie and Ayesha Shroff, declined the proposal.

For his Khar home, the actor reportedly worked with Abraham John Architects to create a modern, understated living space, with a dedicated area for his workout routine. The development’s towers were designed by Sanjay Puri Architects, while the three-bedroom show apartment was designed by Garnet and accessorised by interior designer Simone Arora.

The 3-BHK show apartment spans 1,372 square feet of carpet area and includes three bathrooms and a powder room. The wider residential complex offers several lifestyle amenities, including an outdoor fitness station, an artificial rock-climbing facility and a stargazing deck. Rustomjee Paramount features different apartment configurations, ranging from two-bedroom homes to larger residences.

The property has attracted renewed public attention following a shooting incident involving Shroff’s car in Mumbai’s Juhu area on October 18, 2026.
According to media reports, three motorcycle-borne assailants opened fire on the vehicle near Pushpa Park at around 7 pm, as the actor was returning after playing football. Shroff escaped serious injury but reportedly sustained minor abrasions from shattered glass. His driver suffered a gunshot wound to the hand, while an autorickshaw driver nearby was also injured.
Police launched an investigation, examining CCTV footage and collecting evidence from the scene. A video purportedly showing the attack circulated online, although its authenticity had not been independently verified. Individuals claiming links to the Lawrence Bishnoi gang reportedly took responsibility on social media, but police had not confirmed the group’s involvement. Reports on October 19 said three suspects had been apprehended in Kota, Rajasthan, in a joint operation by local police and an anti-gangster task force.
The incident has brought fresh attention to the actor’s life in Mumbai, including the Khar residence that combines modern design with a focus on privacy and fitness.
