Awfis Space Solutions is strengthening its presence in India’s flexible office market with the launch of new centres across Pune, Bengaluru and Mumbai, adding approximately 1.45 lakh sq. ft. of chargeable workspace. The new facilities are designed to meet the requirements of modern enterprises, global capability centres (GCCs) and large corporations.
The latest additions feature Awfis’ newest design format and expand its portfolio of premium Grade A+ workspaces. They complement the company’s recently launched Elite Centre in Aerocity, New Delhi, which offers around 1 lakh sq. ft. of premium workspace. Together, the new centres and the Delhi facility account for approximately 2.45 lakh sq. ft. of chargeable area.
Amit Ramani, chairman and managing director of Awfis Space Solutions, said, “Expanding our presence in prime micro-markets like Pune, Delhi-NCR, Bengaluru, and Mumbai allows us to stay ahead of this demand curve. These new additions reflect our core focus on deepening our footprint in Grade-A assets, driving high operational efficiency, and empowering businesses of all sizes with global-standard workspaces.”
The newly launched centres are located at Punyaee Business Square (PBS) in Pune, Prestige Tech Forest in Bengaluru and Lodha i-Think in Mumbai. Each facility offers private offices, coworking desks, meeting and podcast rooms, and event spaces. Additional features include high-speed internet connectivity, round-the-clock access and hospitality-oriented services.
The workspaces incorporate updated design elements, including improved acoustics and lighting, wellness-oriented layouts, upgraded collaboration areas and technology-enabled facilities. These features aim to create a more comfortable and efficient working environment for businesses.
Awfis is also gradually shifting its portfolio towards premium offerings, including its Awfis 6.0, Gold and Elite centres. The company plans to substantially increase the proportion of premium and Grade A+ facilities in its overall portfolio by the end of the 2026–27 financial year.
The expansion reflects Awfis’ strategy of increasing its presence in key commercial markets while responding to growing demand for high-quality, flexible office spaces.
