Playback singer and music composer Vishal Mishra has purchased four residential apartments with a combined built-up area of 4,058.21 sq ft in Mumbai’s Andheri West for Rs 22.25 crore, according to property registration documents accessed by CRE Matrix.
The apartments are situated in Oberoi Sky Heights Co-operative Housing Society in Lokhandwala Complex, Oshiwara. The transactions were registered on October 26, 2026, with the properties acquired from multiple sellers.
Documents show that the four apartments have a combined super built-up area of 5,071 sq ft. The largest purchase involves two apartments spread across separate floors, combined to form a duplex unit. Mishra acquired this property for approximately Rs 9.30 crore, with a built-up area of 1,640.63 sq ft and a super built-up area of 2,050 sq ft.
The remaining three apartments were purchased for approximately Rs 4.27 crore, RS 4.02 crore and Rs 4.67 crore, respectively. Their built-up areas measure 880.27 sq ft, 971 sq ft and 760.25 sq ft.
The transactions also include three stilt parking spaces and two terraces. One terrace, measuring 565 sq ft, is attached to the duplex, while the other, covering 380 sq ft, forms part of another apartment. A stamp duty payment of Rs 1.33 crore was made for the transactions. Mishra and the sellers were not available for comment.
Known for songs such as ‘Kaise Hua’ from Kabir Singh, “Pehle Bhi Main” from Animal, “Janiye”, “Manjha”, “Khoobsurat” from Stree 2 and “Naacho Naacho” from RRR, Mishra has established himself as a playback singer, composer and songwriter.
The purchase adds to a series of property investments by prominent Indian singers in Mumbai. In October 2026, Salim Merchant acquired a commercial property in Santacruz West for Rs 12.85 crore. Shaan and his wife purchased three Bandra West flats for Rs 47.64 crore in August 2026, while Shreya Ghoshal bought a Worli apartment for Rs 29.70 crore in April.
