To help homebuyers make an informed decision while purchasing apartment/plots, MahaRera has made it mandatory promoters to upload on its website a document disclosing their interests in firms that have other projects registered
Promoters will have to upload details of all their projects, including their status. This is intended to help homebuyers as there have been instances of promoters winding up projects halfway, leaving buyers in a lurch, and then launching newer projects elsewhere, reports Sanjeev Devasia
