Nagesh Utekar and other flat purchasers filed individual complaints before the National Commission against Sunstone Developers (a joint venture of Akruti Nirman and Swapanrajan Infrastructure). They sought a compensation for delay in delivery of flats booked by them in a project called Hubtown Sunstone at Bandra.
