Nearly 460 homebuyers who invested in project ‘Meadows’ saleable component of the Patra Chawl redevelopment project have been left at God’s mercy. Even after 14 years, the investors are not aware when their project work will begin as the builder Guruashish Construction Private Limited (GCPL) turned insolvent and the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) co-promoter has initiated no action so far, claimed the homebuyers.
