MahaRERA dubs a city project investor as its promoter

The case is about Rising City, the largest private real estate project in Ghatkopar, divided into 17 phases.

The Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA) settled a dispute between a developer and an investor by citing an order labelling the investor of a private real estate project as “promoter” (developer).
