In Navi Mumbai, this is the highest bid price for any plot put up for auction by CIDCO so far
A residential-cum-commercial plot in Nerul, Navi Mumbai, measuring 3,069 square metres (sqm), received a record bid of Rs 3.85 lakh per sqm during an e-auction conducted by the City and Industrial Development Corporation (CIDCO). The auction, for which the results were declared on Monday, was held last week. In 2016, a 3,050 sqm plot at sector 13 in Sanpada had received the highest bid of Rs 3,39,339 per sqm.
