Sources said, “Union railway minister Ashwini Vaishnaw has told Railway Land Development Authority (RLDA) to finalise the contractor by mid-April.” Since work is going to begin soon, CR has begun preparatory work so that the contractor does not face major hiccups when actual ground work begins
