The Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA) has extended the time for filing of suggestions and objections till July 2 before going ahead with the de-registration of 107 projects in the state. As per the regulatory official, earlier it had received proposal for 88 projects deregistration following which it called for suggestions and objections
Now, another 19 new projects have been added to the list, taking the total to 107 projects. Meanwhile, for de-registration of 88 projects, the MahaRERA received not a single suggestion or objection so far. Therefore, it decided to extend the timeline along with including additional projects into the list of de-registration, added the official. Projects of several well-known developers such as Hubtown’s two projects namely Solaris 14 floor (Andheri) and Hubtown Siddhi (Thane), Ashwin Sheth’s project named Sheth Vasant Lawns of Thane have been figured in the list of de-registration
