The City and Industrial Development Corporation (Cidco) has extended the date for online registration for the recently launched Inclusive Housing Scheme(IHS) in Navi Mumbai Airport Influence Area (NAINA) to October 27. The earlier date for online registration was till October 19. Online registration and other processes can be done on https://lottery.cidcoindia.com.
The online lottery draw for the scheme will be conducted on November 22. The NAINA projects approved Development Control and Promotion Regulation (DCPR), has a provision for developing housing for the economically weaker sections (EWS) and lower income groups (LIG) under the IHS in plots having an area of 4000 square meter and above. Thus, 20% of the total area of the plot has been made available in the NAINA project area for economically weaker section and lower income group tenements through private developers.
