A significant overhaul is underway in a portion of the peaceful community of Bandra East, which is close to Kala Nagar. Situated across Rustomjee’s expansive Seasons complex on a two-acre property, Patrakar Nagar is home to one of the area’s largest cooperative societies. They have hired a project management consultant to draft a tender document and feasibility report for the reconstruction.
The Patrakar cooperative housing society’s secretary, Eugene Paul, stated that while Raymond Realty had already carried out a survey for possible redevelopment, the society was also taking bids from other realtors, including Mahindra Lifespaces, Larsen & Toubro, and Raunak.
