On June 27, MHADA will hold an online bidding e-auction to sell 173 apartments. Those who meet the requirements can register online at www.eauction.mhada.gov.in. The same day, from 11 AM to 5 PM, non-resident flat sales will also be auctioned off. Registered applicants who have finished uploading their documents and made earnest deposit payments are eligible to participate.
On June 28 at 11 AM, the results of both auctions will be concurrently revealed on https://mhada.gov.in and www.eauction.mhada.gov.in. The e-auction schedule was modified in light of the Lok Sabha election code of conduct after it was first announced on February 27. Now that the code has been completed, the updated e-auction date and time have been verified.
