On June 20, a luxurious villa in Mumbai’s Juhu Vile Parle residential area home to a number of Bollywood actors will be up for sale. Situated around one kilometre from Juhu Beach in Nutan Laxmi Cooperative Society, the eight-story bungalow features a duplex on the top floor. There is just one 4BHK per floor throughout the 7,200 square foot property.
For the property, the Union Bank of India has established a reserve price of Rs 104.11 crore. The bank started the auction procedure because the borrower, Indus Projects Ltd., did not make loan repayments as agreed, according to a notice made public and obtained by Moneycontrol. According to the announcement, the online auction will take place on June 20 from noon to five o’clock.
