Center One Mall, once a vibrant center for shopping and entertainment in Navi Mumbai, has been demolished to make way for a modern commercial complex developed by Kamdhenu Realities. Located in Sector 30A in Vashi and spanning 1.5 lakh sq ft, the mall had been a beloved landmark for Navi Mumbaikars since its opening in 2003.
As a pioneering retail destination, Center One Mall introduced residents to a new shopping experience with a variety of national and international brands. However, over the years, it faced increasing competition from newer, larger shopping complexes, leading to a steady decline in foot traffic. The mall closed in 2015, briefly reopened in 2017 under the new name ‘Vashi Central,’ but it failed to sustain its popularity.
