To discuss several urgent challenges in the CIDCO and NAINA regions, the City and Industrial Development Corporation (CIDCO) called a critical meeting with developers from the CREDAI-MCHI, Navi Mumbai. Leading the discussions, CIDCO Joint Managing Director Shantanu Goyal covered a number of important subjects.
One major concern raised was the lack of facilities in plots allotted in Sectors 26, 27, 28, and 29 in Ulwe, even after four to five years. Developers pointed out that the areas are still covered with stone heaps, and they requested expedited clearance and plot handover. Mr. Goyal assured that the Managing Director had inspected the sites and ordered immediate action. The request by Prakash Baviskar was acknowledged.
