The Dharavi redvpt project now requires more than 330 tenants

The Dharavi Redevelopment Project Pvt Ltd (DRPPL) has already requested 1,255 acres from different government entities; it is currently looking for tenements. The state government established the DRPPL, a special purpose vehicle in which Adani Realty is the principal developer.

The DRPPL has established a 334-tenement requirement. According to DRPPL authorities, these tenements must be provided by organizations like the Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA), Mhada, and Shiv Shahi Punarvasan Prakalp Ltd (SPPL) in accordance with the 2018 government resolution.For each tenement, DRPPL will pay a monthly rent of Rs 8,000.
