The Mumbai Board Lottery 2024 of the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) has announced a price decrease of 10–25% on 370 houses.
The 370 flats, which were purchased through renovation initiatives funded by DCRs 33(5), 33(7), and 58, are now offered at drastically lower costs. A 25% decrease for the Economically Weaker Section (EWS), a 20% cut for the Low-Income Group (LIG), a 15% cut for the Middle-Income Group (MIG), and a 10% cut for the High-Income Group (HIG) were the specific reductions described by Housing Minister Atul Save. The official MHADA website will have the updated prices available.
Additionally, the deadline for submitting an online application has been extended to September 19, 2024, in an effort to encourage more people to take part in the MHADA Mumbai Lottery 2024. We’ll be announcing the lottery draw date soon.
In addition, MHADA introduced Shri and Shrimati Nivasi, its mascots, to assist the public in comprehending and navigating MHADA’s protocols.
“This mascot will guide people regarding MHADA’s schemes, offering friendly advice on housing-related issues and acting as a reliable companion in their journey,” stated Sanjeev Jaiswal (IAS), vice president and CEO of MHADA. The mascot system of MHADA will eventually incorporate chatbox technology.
