According to a survey, Airoli in Navi Mumbai has the potential to become one of the top business districts in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region because of its strong pipeline of new home supply, expanding corporate ecosystem, and physical infrastructure. The report ‘Airoli – Epicentre of a Prospering Enclave, a developing Better Business District’ was published by Liases Foras, a real estate research firm, on Wednesday.
According to Pankaj Kapoor, Managing Director of Liases Foras, “The area in and around Airoli presents as a goldmine for home seekers, investors, and businesses as the housing stock is expected to double to 1.85 lakh units by 2030.”
Separately, he claimed that Airoli’s smooth connection, which reduces travel times by 30–40% to major business centres and the soon-to-be Navi Mumbai International Airport, establishes it as a top travel destination and a key factor in Navi Mumbai’s growth.
According to the assessment, Airoli has the potential to become one of the Mumbai Metropolitan Region’s top business areas. With prices ranging from Rs 15,000 to Rs 20,000 per square foot, Airoli is providing mid-premium homes that are perfectly balanced.
An attractive business environment has been established for both employers and employees because of Airoli’s commercial spaces, proximity to important corporate centres, and thriving IT sector. “Additionally, the 25-minute access to over 325 educational centres, 140 healthcare hubs, and 120 shopping hotspots further enhance Airoli’s investment potential and liveability quotient,” concluded the research.
