The choice of Oberoi Realty as the developer for the slum restoration program for lands covering roughly 10,300 square meters located in Bandra Reclamation, Mumbai, was confirmed by the Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA), Brihanmumbai.
The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) is the owner of the aforementioned land. The company anticipates that the development and renovation of the aforementioned site will entitle it to a free sale component of about 3.2 lakh square feet.
A development deal for 81.05 acres of land in the village of Tekali, Alibaug, was signed by the business in December 2024.
