Rustomjee Group Unveils ‘Urban Woods’ In Dombivli, A Rs 1,800 Crore Residential Project

In Dombivli, Thane district, the Rustomjee Group, a Mumbai-based company also known as Keystone Realtors, has opened a brand-new residential development called Urban Woods. The project has a gross development value (GDV) of Rs 1,800 crore and consists of 873 units in its first phase.

The development will offer a mix of 1, 2, and 3 BHK residences, spread across multiple phases, with the initial launch featuring four towers. Boman Irani, Chairman and Managing Director of Rustomjee Group, emphasised Dombivli’s potential as an emerging residential hub, offering homebuyers affordable pricing compared to Thane and Mumbai, while benefiting from ongoing infrastructure enhancements.

“As we do in all our projects, we aim to create a holistic living experience by integrating lifestyle amenities and fostering a thriving community,” Irani stated. “This launch aligns with our commitment to providing thoughtfully designed homes that cater to the aspirations of modern homebuyers.”

The business claims that Urban Woods will have contemporary features, such as a clubhouse, and flexible floor plans to suit both first-time purchasers and expanding families. The benefit of the site guarantees a tranquil living space while preserving easy access away from traffic on the highway.

The company also highlighted Dombivli’s real estate growth potential, driven by upcoming infrastructure projects such as Taloja Metro Line 12, the Mumbai-Ahmedabad Bullet Train, the Mumbra-Panvel Highway expansion, and the Mankoli-Dombivli Bridge. These developments are expected to enhance connectivity to Thane, Navi Mumbai, and key commercial hubs, boosting property appreciation in the area.
