House Of Abhinandan Lodha Unveils Vertical Development Projects In Mumbai

The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL) has reaffirmed its commitment to reinventing urban living and commercial infrastructure by announcing an ambitious investment of Rs 2,500 crore in three new vertical development projects throughout Mumbai. The developments are scheduled to begin in the second quarter of FY 2025–2026, according to the statement, which was issued on Wednesday, April 23.

The first project will be a commercial hub located at the iconic American Culture Center in Marine Lines. Acquired in December 2024, the G+7 storey structure stands on a 1,337.81 sq. metre plot and offers a vertical development potential of 60,000 sq. ft. It is set to become a modern business space in South Mumbai’s heritage precinct.

HoABL’s second project is a luxury residential development overlooking Mumbai’s famous Chowpatty Beach. With an estimated 50,000 sq. ft. of upscale living space, this project aims to offer unobstructed sea views and high-end amenities in one of the city’s most sought-after locations.

The third and largest project will be developed in Naigaon through a joint venture with Mittal Builders. This vertical township is expected to span over 3 million sq. ft., blending high-rise residences with high-street retail. It promises to reshape the skyline of Western Mumbai and bring modern infrastructure to one of the fastest-growing suburban corridors.

Combined, the three projects represent a development potential of 3.1 million sq. ft., with projected revenue of Rs 3,500 crore. Construction is scheduled to begin by December 2025, with full completion expected within five years.

HoABL intends to replicate its vertical development concept other developing towns such as Amritsar, Nagpur, and Vrindavan in addition to Mumbai. The company’s goal of developing integrated, contemporary townships throughout India is in line with these locations.
