The Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India – Maharashtra Chamber of Housing Industry (CREDAI-MCHI) has welcomed the Maharashtra Cabinet’s approval of the ambitious ‘Majhe Ghar – Majhe Adhikar’ housing policy, calling it a transformative step towards ensuring housing for all.
Applauding the government’s vision, Domnic Romell, President of CREDAI-MCHI, issued the following statement:

The policy aims to provide 35 lakh homes across Maharashtra with a record allocation of Rs 70,000 crore. It is expected to significantly boost affordable housing supply and catalyse infrastructure-led growth in urban and semi-urban areas.
