Projects such as the Mumbai Trans Harbour Link (MTHL), Navi Mumbai International Airport, Virar-Alibaug Multi-Modal Corridor, JNPT-Chowk Highway, and enhanced rail and road connectivity are expected to improve regional access significantly. In addition, the proposed Panvel-Karjat suburban rail corridor is likely to further strengthen connectivity and support future residential growth.
Industry experts believe Karjat is entering a transformative phase where infrastructure-led development could redefine its housing market.
