Madhuri Dixit & Shriram Nene Sell Juhu Apartment For Rs 4.40 Crore After 14 Years

Actor Madhuri Dixit and her husband, Dr Shriram Madhav Nene, have sold an apartment in Mumbai’s Juhu for Rs 4.40 crore, nearly 14 years after acquiring the property for Rs 1.94 crore. The transaction represents an estimated 127% appreciation, according to property registration documents accessed by CRE Matrix.

The sale was registered on July 3, 2026. The buyer, Sachin Shekar Shetty, paid Rs 26.40 lakh in stamp duty and Rs 30,000 in registration charges. The apartment is located on a lower floor of Iris Park, part of The Deep Varsha Co-operative Housing Society Ltd on Military Road in the Juhu Vile Parle Development (JVPD) Scheme. It has a carpet area of 774 sq ft.

Dixit and Nene purchased the apartment on June 4, 2012. The stilt parking space originally associated with the flat had already been sold separately to another buyer in December 2025.

This is the couple’s third reported property sale in Mumbai in the past eight months. In December 2025, they sold another 780.13 sq ft apartment in the same Juhu building for Rs 3.90 crore. The property had been purchased for Rs 1.95 crore, resulting in nearly 99.22% appreciation.

In June 2026, Dixit also sold a 1,594.24 sq ft commercial office in Andheri West for Rs 4.85 crore. Purchased for Rs 52.5 lakh nearly 18 years earlier, the property recorded an appreciation of about 824%.

Juhu continues to attract demand from high-value buyers, including celebrities, due to its location, connectivity and premium residential properties.
