Mumbai-based real estate developer Ekta World has introduced The Business District Collection (TBDC), a new premium commercial real estate platform featuring six projects across Bandra, Khar and Santacruz West.
The initiative brings multiple commercial developments under one brand, with the aim of creating a network of premium business addresses across Mumbai’s western suburbs. The projects are located around established commercial corridors such as Linking Road, Hill Road and Turner Road.
“The Business District Collection (TBDC) represents our vision for a new generation of multi-dimensional commercial addresses in Mumbai. We are starting with six projects, more to come across Bandra, Khar and Santacruz West, with the aim to build the Collection into the most preferred commercial real estate for the resident businesses of the vicinity,” says Ashok Mohanani, Chairman, Ekta World.
The platform is designed to benefit from the established mix of residential, retail, hospitality, dining and entertainment facilities in these neighbourhoods. The company believes this proximity can help businesses reduce commuting time while offering employees and clients easier access to surrounding amenities.
TBDC is expected to cater to founder-led enterprises, professional services companies, creative and media businesses, boutique financial firms, family offices, brand headquarters and corporate leadership teams.
“The premium office market is increasingly about more than the workplace itself. Location, accessibility, the surrounding neighbourhood and the experience an address offers employees, clients and business partners are becoming important considerations. TBDC brings these factors together across some of Mumbai’s most established western-suburb locations” said Vivek Mohanani, Managing Director, Ekta World.
Each project will retain its own architectural character while following common standards focused on design, efficient layouts, contemporary building services and workplace experience. The portfolio may expand with additional developments in the future.
The launch comes as Mumbai’s western suburbs continue to benefit from improvements in road and metro connectivity. Ekta World said these infrastructure developments are strengthening links between residential and commercial areas.
Through TBDC, the developer aims to position premium workplaces as part of an established urban ecosystem rather than isolated office destinations, combining commercial spaces with the lifestyle and social infrastructure available across Bandra, Khar and Santacruz West.
