Mumbai’s Bandra West is set to witness another major luxury housing development, with Supreme Universal securing development rights for an approximately one-acre land parcel near Carter Road. The proposed residential project is estimated to have a revenue potential of around Rs1,500 crore and is expected to cater to the premium housing segment.
The development gains significance due to the limited availability of sizeable land parcels along the Bandra West coastline. Supreme Universal has previously undertaken projects in prominent locations such as Carter Road and Pali Hill, and the new project is expected to further strengthen its presence in the luxury residential market.
The proposed tower is being planned as one of the taller residential developments in the neighbourhood, with the design focused on privacy, spacious layouts and uninterrupted views of the Arabian Sea. Each residence is expected to feature a private sea-facing terrace, while a large terrace garden overlooking the ocean will form one of the project’s key features.
The planned development will also offer an extensive range of lifestyle and wellness amenities. These are expected to include a pickleball court, private dining areas, a banquet hall, a resort-style spa, conference and co-working spaces, a wellness and fitness centre and a private cinema.
The ocean-facing terrace garden is expected to add another distinctive element to the project, providing residents with an outdoor space overlooking the coastline.
The project’s location near Carter Road is also expected to enhance its appeal, offering residents convenient access to established social infrastructure, recreational spaces, the Bandra coastline and key parts of Mumbai through the city’s expanding road network.
With premium housing demand remaining strong in Bandra West and redevelopment unlocking limited land parcels, the project reflects the continued evolution of Mumbai’s luxury residential market. The combination of a coastal location, large-format residences, private outdoor spaces and high-end amenities is expected to position the development firmly within the city’s ultra-premium housing segment.
The project could further reinforce Bandra West’s status as one of Mumbai’s most sought-after destinations for luxury residential real estate.
