Mumbai-based Alliance City Developers Realtors is set to strengthen its presence across three established residential markets with new projects planned in Mulund West, Vile Parle East and the Sion-Matunga belt.
The developer is preparing to launch its eighth residential project in Mulund West, its fifth development in Vile Parle East and its first project in the Sion-Matunga area. The expansion comes as the company seeks to build on its existing portfolio across Mumbai’s established neighbourhoods.
Alliance City has delivered homes to more than 700 families across the city. During 2026, the developer secured occupation certificates for and completed the sale of several projects, including Alliance Vista in Vile Parle East, Alliance Abhimanyu in Malad West and Alliance Eternis in Borivali West.
Mulund remains one of the company’s key markets. It has completed six projects in the suburb, including Swati Sadan Alliance, Alliance Mathuresh, Amardeep Alliance, Alliance Ravi Kiran, Alliance Mandarpushpa and Alliance Sudeep. Its seventh project, Alliance Kanchan Krupa, is currently under development.
The upcoming eighth Mulund project is expected to target families seeking residential neighbourhoods with greenery and connectivity. The location also benefits from access to LBS Marg and the planned Metro Line 4 corridor.
In Vile Parle East, Alliance City has already completed four projects — 22 Alliance House, Alliance Tanvi, Nirmal Milan and Alliance Vista. The latter, located on Shraddhanand Road, has recently been fully sold and handed over. The upcoming project is positioned for residents seeking convenient access to the Western Express Highway and Mumbai’s domestic airport.
The Sion East project represents the developer’s first entry into the micro-market. It builds on Alliance City’s presence in central Mumbai through completed Alliance Legacy and ongoing Alliance Harmony in nearby Matunga. Located along the Eastern Express Highway, the new development is aimed at buyers seeking connectivity and access to central Mumbai.
