Actor Anushka Sharma and her parents, Ashima and Ajay Kumar Sharma, have purchased two adjoining apartments in Godrej Skyshore, a luxury residential development in Versova, Mumbai, for a combined Rs 25.80 crore, according to registered sale agreements accessed by real estate data analytics firm CRE Matrix.
Both transactions were registered on July 8, 2026. The agreements indicate that the project is under construction, with possession of the apartments scheduled on or before June 30, 2031. Payments are linked to construction milestones.
Anushka Sharma purchased a 2,153 sq ft apartment for Rs 14.89 crore and paid Rs 74.47 lakh in stamp duty. The unit includes three covered basement parking spaces.
On the same day, her parents bought the adjoining 1,577 sq ft apartment for Rs 10.91 crore. The transaction involved Rs 65.44 lakh in stamp duty and includes two covered basement parking spaces.
Following the latest purchases, Anushka and her family now own three apartments on the same floor at Godrej Skyshore, with the combined value of the three properties nearing Rs 44 crore.
Earlier, Anushka and Virat Kohli purchased another 2,644 sq ft apartment in the same project for Rs 18.29 crore. The transaction was registered on July 21, 2026. The property includes 316 sq ft of exclusive area and three car parking spaces. The couple paid Rs 1.09 crore in stamp duty and Rs 30,000 in registration charges.
Godrej Skyshore is planned with two towers, five basement levels and 24 upper floors. According to project documents, it will have 126 residential units along with 12 commercial and retail spaces.
Versova has emerged as a prominent luxury housing destination, helped by its proximity to Mumbai’s entertainment hubs and planned infrastructure projects such as the Mumbai Coastal Road North.
The latest purchase adds to the couple’s wider property portfolio. In January 2026, Kohli and Sharma acquired more than five acres of land in Zirad village near Awas Beach, Alibaug, for around Rs 37.86 crore.
They had also purchased an approximately eight-acre Alibaug plot in 2022 for about Rs 19 crore, where they subsequently developed a luxury villa.
