Actor and television personality Gauahar Khan has sold her duplex apartment in Mumbai’s Versova for Rs 6.01 crore, completing a high-value property transaction after owning the residence for nearly 12 years.
According to property registration documents, the sale was registered on September 24, 2026. The duplex is located in Versova Shiv Kutir Co-operative Housing Society Ltd. in S.V.P. Nagar, Versova, Andheri West.
Gauahar had purchased the property in November 2014 for Rs 3.2 crore. The latest transaction represents an increase of Rs 2.81 crore over the original purchase price, translating into an appreciation of nearly 88% based on the recorded consideration values.
The apartment occupies two levels on a higher floor and has a super built-up area of 2,340 sq ft, equivalent to 217.47 sq m. Its built-up area measures 1,872 sq ft, or 173.98 sq m. The registration documents do not list any car parking as part of the transaction.
The buyers paid Rs 36.06 lakh in stamp duty. Based on the registered consideration and built-up area, the transaction value works out to approximately Rs 32,100 per sq ft. Calculated against the super built-up area, the rate is around Rs 25,700 per sq ft.
The sale adds to Gauahar and husband Zaid Darbar’s property activity in Versova. In February 2025, Gauahar acquired another apartment in the same residential development for Rs 2.80 crore. The couple also jointly purchased two apartments in the project for a combined Rs 7.33 crore. Together, the three purchases were valued at Rs 10.13 crore.
Gauahar married Zaid in 2020, and the couple has two sons. Professionally, she has continued working across television, films and OTT projects. Her recent credits include Lovely Lolla and Fauji 2, where she portrayed Lieutenant Colonel Simarjeet Kaur. Her performance in Lovely Lolla also earned her the Best Actress award at the 12th International Iconic Awards 2026.
