Actor Anushka Sharma and her parents, Ashima and Ajay Kumar Sharma, have reportedly purchased two adjoining apartments in Versova, Mumbai, for a combined value of approximately Rs 25.8 crore. The latest acquisitions expand the family’s property holdings in the city, taking the reported value of three apartments owned within the same residential development to around Rs 44.1 crore.
According to the reported transaction details, Sharma’s apartment will cover approximately 2,150 square feet and cost Rs 14.89 crore. Her parents’ neighbouring residence, measuring nearly 1,575 square feet, has been valued at Rs 10.91 crore.
Both homes are part of an under-construction residential project by Godrej Properties in Versova. The development is expected to be completed by mid-2031, meaning the buyers will have to wait several years before taking possession of their new residences.
Sharma and her husband, Indian cricketer Virat Kohli, had previously purchased another apartment in the same development for a reported Rs 18.29 crore. Including that acquisition, the three properties together represent an investment of approximately Rs 44.1 crore.
The latest purchases add to the couple’s extensive real estate portfolio, which includes residential properties in several locations in India and abroad.
A property portfolio spanning multiple cities
Sharma and Kohli divide their time between Mumbai and London, where they live with their two children in the Notting Hill neighbourhood. Their Indian property holdings reportedly include a Rs 34-crore sky-bungalow in Worli, Mumbai, offering views of the Arabian Sea, as well as a family residence in Gurugram.
The couple also owns a four-bedroom villa at Avās Living in Alibag, a luxury residential community focused on lifestyle and wellness. Featured by Architectural Digest in 2025, the property was designed by South African architecture firm SAOTA.
Spread across a 10,000-square-foot plot, the villa combines Californian and Konkan-inspired architectural influences and embraces the concept of “raw luxury”.
Discussing the residence, Kohli says, “The most interesting feature is the double-height cut-out ceiling in the living space, as it welcomes natural light. The more light… the better its energy.”
Earlier this year, the couple also reportedly acquired more than five acres of land in Alibag for approximately Rs 37 crore.
The latest Versova transactions highlight the family’s continued investment in Mumbai’s residential property market, adding two neighbouring homes to an already substantial collection of real estate assets.
