Dhuleva Group has appointed Malaysia-based engineering and construction company Eversendai to undertake the core and shell structural works for Dhuleva One50, a proposed 80-storey luxury residential tower near Babulnath in South Mumbai. The development is expected to feature 75,000–80,000 sq. ft. of lifestyle amenities.
Situated near the prominent Babulnath neighbourhood, Dhuleva One50 is planned as a significant addition to Mumbai’s skyline. The project will combine contemporary architectural design, sophisticated engineering and premium residential spaces, with residents expected to enjoy panoramic views of the Arabian Sea and the surrounding city.
Eversendai to handle structural execution
Eversendai will oversee the tower’s core and shell construction, bringing its international experience in high-rise buildings and technically complex infrastructure projects. The company will collaborate with Dhuleva Group and other project stakeholders, prioritising construction precision, safety standards, quality and timely delivery.
