Bollywood actor Sunny Deol is associated with several residential properties across Mumbai and Maharashtra, ranging from a long-standing family residence in Juhu to a reported luxury mansion in Malabar Hill, a farmhouse in Lonavala and an apartment in Oshiwara. While media reports have estimated the value of the Deol family’s Juhu home at Rs 55–60 crore, the valuations and certain details concerning the other properties have not been independently verified.
Juhu residence: A home linked to generations of the Deol family
The Deol family’s Juhu residence, popularly known as Dharmendra House, has been associated with the family for decades. Situated in one of Mumbai’s well-known celebrity neighbourhoods, the property is estimated to be worth approximately Rs 55–60 crore, according to media reports.
The house is reportedly designed with a combination of contemporary comforts and traditional touches. Its interiors are said to feature pastel shades, classic furniture and family memorabilia. Beyond its reported market value, the residence holds sentimental significance because of its connection to veteran actor Dharmendra and the family’s longstanding presence in the Hindi film industry.
Malabar Hill: A reported premium residence
Sunny Deol has also been linked to a luxury residence in Malabar Hill, an upscale South Mumbai locality known for its exclusive homes, limited housing availability and coastal views.
According to media accounts, the property features several premium amenities, reportedly including a private cinema, a modern gym, a swimming pool and a helipad. Reports have also suggested that the mansion can accommodate around 50 guests. However, these details and the property’s exact valuation have not been independently confirmed.
Lonavala farmhouse: A getaway amid nature
Away from the city, the Deol family is reportedly associated with a sprawling farmhouse in Lonavala, a popular destination for second homes and weekend retreats. Media reports have placed the estate’s area at nearly 100 acres, although this figure remains unverified.
Dharmendra frequently shared glimpses of his time at the property on social media, particularly during the Covid-19 lockdown. His posts showcased greenery, open spaces, animals and farming activities, reflecting his interest in spending time in a peaceful, rural environment.
The farmhouse has also been reported to feature a temperature-controlled swimming pool installed for Dharmendra’s aqua therapy sessions. Its precise market value has not been publicly established.
Oshiwara apartment: A reported Rs 2 crore investment
Sunny Deol is also reported to own an apartment in Oshiwara, a Mumbai neighbourhood with convenient access to film studios and entertainment-industry offices. Media reports estimate the apartment’s area at around 1,000 square feet and its purchase price at approximately Rs 2 crore. Neither figure has been independently verified.
Together, these properties represent a varied portfolio associated with Sunny Deol and the wider Deol family, spanning established family housing, premium urban residences and a countryside retreat.
