Chembur: Saraswati Vidyalaya Announces New Building with Enhanced Facilities by September 2025

Saraswati Vidyalaya, Chembur, is planning a new structure to provide better services to its students, including larger classrooms, a community hall, a yoga centre, and a field for various sports activities on campus.

Six months ago, the school relocated its campus from Mahadeo Wadi to Kukreja Infopark in Chembur East, and construction on a new campus at the old location has begun. According to a top official, the new building is being built under current regulatory criteria for school infrastructure, and it will provide enhanced services to pupils such as more digital classrooms, upgraded computer laboratories, and other facilities.

The school administration expects to complete the construction of the new facility by September 2025 and begin admitting students to the site in the academic year 2026. “The building will have further scope for growth in phase two of redevelopment, two more floors will be added,” according to the representative.

In the future years, the number of pupils enrolled in schools will likely remain relatively stable. “Except for regular accretion to the numbers, there are no significant changes projected in the number of pupils enrolled in the current curriculum. However, as phase two for adding two more floors begins and is completed, other solutions to raise the intake will be considered,” the school administration stated.
