Infrastructure Firm Eyes Next Growth Phase Through EPC, Housing And GCC Projects

Mumbai-based Supreme Infrastructure India Limited is preparing for its next stage of expansion, with engineering, procurement and construction (EPC), housing and Global Capability Centre (GCC) projects expected to play a key role. While infrastructure continues to remain central to its operations, the company is looking to leverage its long-standing expertise in building construction and RCC frame structures.

With decades of experience in commercial, institutional and government projects, the company has built capabilities in engineering, project management and execution. These strengths are now being directed towards a broader pipeline covering buildings, housing and other infrastructure opportunities.

Building on Construction Expertise

Over the years, the company has completed projects including Supreme Business Park in Powai and developments for government and institutional clients. Its experience in excavation, piling, structural construction and project execution positions it to undertake larger and technically demanding developments.

As Vikram Sharma, Managing Director, Supreme Infrastructure India Limited, explains, “Mumbai’s real estate market is moving towards integrated development, where residential, commercial, and social infrastructure complement each other. Our four decades of experience in construction and infrastructure, along with our land assets across established locations, give us a strong understanding of how these ecosystems are built.”

Brookfield Project Highlights Potential

The company’s partnership with Brookfield, announced in December 2025, is another major opportunity. The Powai development spans approximately six acres and is planned to offer around 2 million sq ft of office space. The project is expected to attract more than 1 billion USD in investment and generate substantial employment.

Housing Emerges as Another Growth Area

The company also sees potential in Mumbai’s residential market, where redevelopment and urban regeneration continue to create opportunities. Its construction expertise, land assets and understanding of established locations could support participation in residential and mixed-use developments.

“We see a clear opportunity to bring that experience into housing while continuing to participate in commercial development. The Brookfield partnership in Powai is a significant validation of our capabilities, but our focus is on building a larger, sustainable real estate platform over the long term,” Sharma adds.

With capabilities across roads, bridges, railways, water, power and buildings, the company aims to use its diversified EPC base and strengthening order book to support its next phase of growth.
